Order Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before your order ships.
Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Singapore: 10–20 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- New Zealand: 10–20 business days

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

Multiple Items / Separate Packages
Because some items may be produced and shipped from different print partners or fulfillment locations, your order may arrive in separate packages.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
